We are sure you will like our products, but if for some reason you need, or want to return them, please follow the below returns procedure to do so.
If you are wanting to return the item because you are not happy with its performance, or feel it has not worked, please contact us on 01246 240880 and we will try to resolve your problem.
To return an item we recommend you email us at email@example.com with your order reference and full name. In the email, explain why you are wanting to return the item and whether you require a refund or exchange for the goods. After receiving the email and authorising the return, we will send a pre-paid Royal Mail label to your email address to allow you to return the items to us free of charge.
We offer a 30 day returns policy from the day you order; however, we will only accept returns for items that are sent back in their original packaging and in a sellable condition.
If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within ten days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.
If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. If we cannot refund via the original payment we will contact you to arrange an alternative method.
