Customer care is still a priority, we’re here to help as much as we can. For all enquiries including technical questions and order enquiries please get in touch via phone, email or on our online chat. Our customer service representatives are working remotely from home, so we kindly ask for your patience as they work as fast as they can.
- Due to the increased demand for our products we have had to temporarily disable next day delivery, to reduce the pressure on our dispatch team.
- Royal Mail are experiencing 2-3 day delays due to staff shortages. Please allow 4-5 working days for delivery from ourselves.
Our dispatch team is currently minimal due to the circumstances. However, they are working extremely hard and currently doing seven days a week to ensure you receive your orders.
